Reimbursement limited to $75 for a 30-tablet prescription. If you are eligible, you pay $10 towards your co-pay, and Novartis will pay up to the next $75 of your co-pay for a 30-tablet prescription. Patients are then responsible for any additional remaining co-pay costs for that 30-tablet prescription. For example: If your co-pay for DIOVAN or DIOVAN HCT is $90, you pay up to the initial $10, Novartis will then pay $75, and you will be responsible for the remaining co-pay balance of $5.
